What We’re All About

Canyon Creek Baptist Church is an independent Baptist church located in Richardson, Texas, whose mission is to reach people for Christ, both home and abroad, with the saving Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Canyon Creek is a place where friends become family, and is made up of men, women, teenagers, boys and girls of all ethnicies who have been saved by grace of God through faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, who have followed their Lord in believer’s baptism, and who are "called out" week by week by the Holy Spirit unto the work of the ministry.

Canyon Creek has a burden for the lost, an obligation to discipleship, a faith-promise plan for reaching the world through world missions, a devotion to the inerrancy of the Word of God, a loyalty to the faith once delivered to us, a dedication to the family, a responsibility to the next generation, a determination to train our future leaders, a heart for this world’s social ills, a desire to make a difference, and a total reliance upon Almighty God, His only begotten Son, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit for the strength to do His work.
