To enroll your child, please fill out a registration form and return it along with your non-refundable registration fee.

Mother's Day Out & Preschool At The Creek Program

Mother's Day Out is a loving preschool ministry providing activities and education for children 3 months through 4 years old. *NOTE: 3 & 4 year old classes are offered in our Preschool at the Creek program. The purpose of the program is to provide children in our church and community a safe, fun, and educational atmosphere in which they can feel secure, learn how special God has made them as individuals, and experience the love of God in order for them to love others as they have been loved.

MDO CLASSES FOR 2008-2009

Curriculum

We use High Reach Curriculum in our infants' class and A BEKA Curriculum in all of the other class.

Daily Activities

Activities include academics, stories, music, free play, snack, lunch,arts and crafts, gym time, and rest time.

Days, Dates and Time

Our program will be on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays beginning on Tuesday, August 26, 2008 and ending on Thursday, May 21, 2009. Each day begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM. NOTE: You may choose either a 2-day (T/TH) or 3-day (T/W/TH) schedule.

Early Arrival

Early arrival is provided from 8:00 - 9:00 AM. The fee for early arrival is an additional $4/00 per day.

Extended Day

Extended hours are provided from 2:00 - 4:00 PM. The fee for extended day is an additional $8.00 per day.

2008-2009 Registration

A registration fee of $75.00 for 3 months - 2 year olds, will ensure your child a place in the program for the entire year. This is a non-refundable fee.

2008-2009 Supply Fee

A $40.00 supply fee will be payable in September and January. This fee will cover cost of craft materials, workbooks and snacks.

2008-2009 Tuition

Tuition is $195.00 per for our 2-day per week program and $295 for our 3-day per week program. Tuition is due for the entire month on the first Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday of each month. There will be no tuition adjustment on attendance due to bad weather, sickness or vacations.

Kids At The Creek Summer Program

The Kids at the Creek Summer Program is on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. June 10 - August 12, 2008. For 3 year old and up, there is an option of up to 5 days offered (Summer at the Creek program) and if you prefer, you may choose even one day per week.  We will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 2:00 p.m. Early arrival is from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. and extended day is from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Early arrival is $3.75 per day used and extended day is $7.50 per day used.

Registration and Supply Fee

A registration fee of $50.00 will insure a place in the program for the summer. This is a non-refundable fee. A $25.00 supply fee will be due on the first day of class.  This fee will cover the cost of craft materials, paper supplies and snacks.

Tuesday/Thursday $158.00 per month
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday $228.00 per month
Up to 5 days (3 & up) $520.00 per month max
1 day per week options available
