HOW TO REGISTER

To enroll your child, please fill out a registration form and return it along with your non-refundable registration fee.

Mother's Day Out & Preschool At The Creek Program

Mother's Day Out is a loving preschool ministry providing activities and education for children 3 months through 3 years old. The purpose of the program is to provide children in our church and community a safe, fun, and educational atmosphere in which they can feel secure, learn how special God has made them as individuals, and experience the love of God in order for them to love others as they have been loved.

MDO CLASSES FOR 2010-2011

Curriculum

We use High Reach Curriculum in our infants' class and A BEKA Curriculum in all of the other class.

Daily Activities

Activities include academics, stories, music, free play, snack, lunch,arts and crafts, gym time, and rest time.

Days, Dates and Time

Our program will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 and ending on Thursday, May 20, 2011. Each day begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM.

Early Arrival / Aftercare

Early arrival is provided from 8:00 - 9:00 AM and Aftercare hours are from 2:00 - 4:00 PM. The fee for early arrival is an additional $5.00 per hour and will be calculated at the end of each month and billed the following month.

Registration

A registration fee of $75.00 will ensure your child a place in the program for the entire year. This is a non-refundable fee.

Supply Fee

A $40.00 supply fee will be payable in September and January. This fee will cover cost of craft materials, workbooks and snacks.

2009 - 2010 Tuition

Tuesday / Thursday - $195.00 per month (average billing)

Summer MDO Information for 2010

Days, Dates and Times

Our Summer Program is on Tuesday and Thursday. June 8 - August 12, 2010. Each day begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM.  

Early Arrival / Aftercare

Early arrival is provided from 8:00 - 9:00 AM and Aftercare hours are from 2:00 - 4:00 PM. The fee is $5.00 per hour and will be calculated at the end of each month and billed the following month.

Registration

A registration fee of $50.00 will insure a place in the program for the summer. This is a non-refundable fee.

Supply Fee

A $25.00 supply fee will be due on the first day of class. This fee covers the cost of craft materials, paper supplies and snacks. This is a non-refundable fee.

$195.00 for the months of June and July

Pre-School at the Creek Information for 2010-2011

Days, Dates and Time

Our pre-school program offers 2, 3 or 5 day options and you may choose half or full day. Each day begins at 8:15 AM and ends at 3:00 PM. Aftercare is offered until 6:00 PM and you may pay hourly or monthly

A registration fee of $200.00 will insure a place in the program for the year. This is a non-refundable fee.
